XR-Construct was built to get all the design team members in the construction process on the same page. We have demonstrated BIM(Building Information Modeling) of a physical model in augmented reality , allowing all (owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers) to collaborate more accurately and efficiently than using traditional processes. With each phase of construction completed we also depict the cost incurred with simple and efficient algorithms (simple mathematics operators optimizing the code to full potential). We have also integrated a notification/chatbox (Proof of Concept) system where all the members involved can notify others regarding their insights on the project.We have also built web app where user can get registered and provide the database for the model and other data such as size of land, Budget of Plan etc..
